UPDATE: The award ceremony will take place on Friday, September 10th, at 6:00PM, at the Hollywood Celebrities Lounge of Circolo del Tennis, Lungomare Marconi, 41/D, Lido di Venezia. In order to respect security measures and anti Covid-19 protocols, access will be limited to the maximum capacity allowed.
The jury of Queer Lion Award 2021 will meet in Lido di Venezia, in the afternoon of September 10th, to discuss and decide the best LGBT movie presented during the 78. International Venice Film Festival.
After watching all the movies submitted by the different selecting commissions, Queer Lion confirms that the following 6 titles are still in competition:
